Shipping Policy
Shipping method and charges will be determined with the customer and calculated at the time of order.
Canadian Orders:
In-stock merchandise will ship within 1-2 business days of placement of an order and will ship via the customers chosen shipping method. Some items such as ammunition will need special care to ship and thus may have additional shipping charges.
Ammunition orders will require valid PAL or POL license number prior to shipping.
International Orders (Other than Canada):
For international orders, you must contact us before placing your order to get the actual shipping charges. International delivery varies upon destination and customs clearance can take up to 14-21 business days.
Back Order and Advance Order Shipping:
Back and/or Advance Order items will ship as quickly as re-stock arrives to Canadian Waterfowlers Pro Shop. All Back and Advance Orders will ship via the customers chosen method of shipping selected at the time of ordering.
Insurance:
All orders are insured with the minimum insurance offered by the carrier at the time of shipping unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of order.
Shipping Damages:
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods you receive immediately upon receipt for damage. If any goods are damaged in shipment, it will be your responsibility to pursue a claim with the carrier.
Refusal of Package upon Delivery:
If upon delivery of your order, the package is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
